CNTXT AI, a UAE-based data and AI company, announced on 20 October 2026 that it has reached more than $300m in committed revenue, with most of it coming from US hyperscalers, AI developers and large enterprises. The company opened its first US office in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Series A and acquisition preceded expansion#

Founded in 2024, CNTXT AI raised a $60m Series A in June 2026. That same month, the company bought Actualize, which builds Arabic voice agents that recognise dialects, and released three commercial products. The company currently supports more than 250 government and enterprise customers.

Three revenue lines: data products, models and robotics training#

CNTXT AI operates across three areas. Its data products supply training and evaluation data to hyperscalers, foundation model developers and enterprise AI teams, specialising in scientific, technical, industrial and physical-world data. Its AI models include Munsit, an Arabic voice AI that ranks first on Hugging Face's Arabic speech model leaderboard, trained on more than 110,000 hours of audio covering more than 25 dialects. More than 300,000 users have accessed Munsit, with US-based companies including Boston AI, SPSoft and Clarity using it for customer service, voice agents and transcription. The company also runs robotics training facilities and collects data from more than 300 use cases each day for physical AI training.

Patent filed for diversity collapse prevention#

CNTXT AI filed a US patent application covering a method to address diversity collapse, the problem that occurs when a robot can replicate one demonstration accurately but cannot handle variations in actual conditions. The company's platform captures real work in live environments, verifies it through model-assisted labelling and human review, and delivers it as structured training data. The company was founded by Mohammad Abu Sheikh, who was 25 at the time of the announcement.
